Shipping Information

Each piece in the Luxury Basics Collection is hand-crafted to order. Orders will be shipped within 5 days, if available. You will be notified if there is an issue with accessing raw materials – which may happen, given the rural Thai location of the Hill Tribe silver.

If you need your jewelry in a hurry, please contact Leslie@luxurybasics.com and we will make every effort to expedite.

If you are sending a gift, please let us know, we can gift wrap and send you the receipt under separate cover.

Shipping will be insured, Fed Ex or USPS.

Return Policy

For Customer Service, please call or text at 310 692 5402, during business hours – Monday through Friday – 9 am to 5 pm, Pacific Time.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us right away and please return your purchase within 14 days in unworn condition and in the original packaging in which you received it, for a store credit or exchange for another piece of jewelry of equal or greater value.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.

Before you ship your return, please email us for an authorization code. Be sure to include your packing slip with the package. (Make a copy for your records)
Please return the items in their box and ship them insured, since we cannot be responsible or issue a credit for lost items.

If your packing slip has slipped away, please email us with your contact info, order number and what action you would like taken – credit or exchange

Jewelry Care

Below are some helpful pointers to keep in mind while wearing and storing your jewelry.

• No swimming or bathing
• Try not to play with it
• Put your jewelry on AFTER perfume and hairspray
• Store your jewelry flat and out of direct sunlight
• Keep away from heat
• Clean jewelry with a soft cloth
• These pieces are not designed for children playing “dress up.” Children may accidentally break and swallow.

If, for some reason, your necklace, bracelet or earrings break, please contact us immediately and we will repair for a small charge.

We will not sell your name or any information about you to any other company or third party. We will not annoy you with excessive emails.
